With more than 20 years of management experience in direct mail donation processing, Ryan ensures that Merkle RMG is continuously setting new standards for excellence in delivering service that help its clients better serve their donors. He has been with the company for nine years.
- Kent Grove, Vice President, Client Engagement: Grove ensures that Merkle RMG’s customers receive exceptional service from his implementation and client services teams. With 11 years of experience at Merkle RMG and prior experience in the hospitality industry, Grove understands what it takes to support clients to achieve their fundraising and donor service goals, while keeping them connected to the process on a daily basis.
- Jim Stouffer, Vice President, Technology Services: Stouffer leads all technology functions, including security, connectivity, software and hardware applications, and facility and property management. A Merkle RMG team member for 22 years, Stouffer’s leadership has supported Merkle RMG’s goals of providing clients with the latest high-tech service capabilities and secure processing of donor funds and data.
