Merkle Response Management Group Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

HAGERSTOWN, Md. – July 17, 2018 – Merkle Response Management Group (Merkle RMG), a subsidiary of Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, announced that it has been certified to meet the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization’s (ISO) 9001:2015 standard. The standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system.

Merkle RMG first attained its ISO 9001 certification in 2002 and has been re-certified every three years. This year the company’s annual surveillance audit was performed against the 2015 standard, which features a greater focus on risk-based thinking, leadership involvement, and client and stakeholder understanding, in addition to conformance to established processes and proof of continuous improvement. ISO 9001:2015 attainment ensures Merkle RMG customers will continue to receive services that are of a higher quality than industry standards.

Smithers Quality Assessments, Inc., an independent accreditation firm, conducted the required multi-day review of Merkle RMG’s adherence to ISO processes before issuing its Certificate of Approval.
