Responsible for overall management and effectiveness of all client support functions, Jann works closely with clients to understand their fundraising objectives and tailor service solutions that build stronger donor relationships and ultimately improve retention. Prior to Merkle RMG, Jann led the development of a “Donor First Commitment” at Operation Smile and Project HOPE to build robust donor loyalty and engagement strategies across integrated fundraising and communications teams. She also helped create “Donor First” programs with Operation Smile International Foundations and has helped launch direct response fundraising in Japan, Italy, the UK, Canada and Sweden.

Jann is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. On a pleasant weekend afternoon, you can find Jann and her husband with their two wheaten terriers exploring nearby Virginia wineries, always searching for the perfect vintage.
