Jann Schultz

Jann Schultz is Vice President of Client Services at Merkle Response Management Group, leading the department responsible for all client support functions. She delights in partnering with clients to understand their fundraising objectives and to help determine intersections of opportunity where Merkle RMG can augment and assist to elevate the donor experience and improve performance. Prior to Merkle RMG, Jann led the development of a “Donor First Commitment” at Operation Smile and Project HOPE to build donor loyalty and engagement strategies across integrated fundraising and communications teams.
